Potatote would love to invite you to a special evening we’re hosting for a small, selected group of creator friends ✨

Date: Thursday 7 May, 7–9pm

Venue: Gulp Fiction, Covered Market (Oxford)

We’re bringing together 15–18 local creators for an intimate, invite-only evening — a chance to connect with us and each other, and to give you an early preview of what we’re launching this summer.

We’ll also be joined by two lovely local traders:

• Elena from Teff Cake (incredible gluten-free cakes)
• Nupur from 33Cocoa (artisan chocolates made with natural ingredients)

Lastly, to help you get there:

• Travel reimbursement (up to £10 within Oxford / £40 outside, with receipt)

What we ask for (if you enjoy the event)

There will be plenty of moments throughout the evening designed for content, from charm engraving and postcard writing to styled product displays and the overall atmosphere of the space.

If you enjoy the event, we'd appreciate it if you could help promote Potatote and our partners by sharing the following:

• 3–5 Instagram Stories within a week (ideally by 15 May)
• 1 feed post (Reel or carousel) within 2–3 weeks (ideally by 24 May)
• Tag Potatote (+ event partners where relevant)
• Add Potatote and our partners as collaborators where possible
  (We may boost top-performing content with paid ads. We’ll always ask for your permission first.)
