Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

How to return:

1. Email us at support@potatote.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll confirm and send you a return label with instructions.
3. Send the item back using our tracked return service.
4. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Fees:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• The original delivery fee is non-refundable, and a £3.95 return delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

We don’t offer direct exchanges — please place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
